Very little has happened. The population absolutely plummetted at one arbitrary point and hasn't picked up since.
I tried to get some DMing done (even had a week off work for it) but managed to catch the mother of all flu viruses for the duration. The problem is, it's hard to log on when nobody is logged on. Especially when being logged on doesn't actually guarantee there will be focused RP with effort put in (I believe a symptom of my playing in other people's late night hours mostly).
It's a vicious cycle.
I have made a good host of pre-spawnable NPCs you'll find in the DM pick list though. Huzzah.

good little crowd on last night at European time which was nice! I think we peaked at an unheard of 6! which is exceptional for our playing times, even when in a busy period, long may it continue!

Been quite active the last couple of weeks, but i don't see many other active players around. and that go for all timezones.

Seem to be the realy active ones these days.
Then there is a few that drop in every now and then.
Mid week this week there was 10 people on the server at the same time wich was realy fun to see.
I've also noticed during the time playing here, once the pupulation is over 5 the chance is realy big that it will fill up fast. but as fast as some people log off, the server will be close to empty again as quickly.
I think many dont want to log in and spend dead time on the server. since i have returned i have only seen one DM online, Numos. and he can't keep everyone entertained on his own. Who are DMs here these days, and how active are they? what can be done to improve the population and make people want to stay on for longer?
Perhaps the DM should appear on the list when you log in too. think that might inspire people to log in if they see a DM online.
