Re: Questions on general points

I have one more question, if I may.
For subraces that increase or decrease Abilities, like Feytouched which offers Dexterity +2, Constitution -2, Charisma +2), is this change in the actual coding, or is it considered an enchantment in green color?
In other words, If a half-elf had Dexterity of 12 at character creation, after the subrace adding, will that character be able to take Dodge at the next level-up? Or is the Dex still considered below the prerequisite?

Those stats are Leto'd in, and count towards feats.

What is the differance between HiPS and Vanish (Assassin lvl 8)? Never heard of Vanish, tried to google it bit found nothing.

Also, what has been changed with HiPS? Is there a cooldown?

Vanish and Camouflage require an action to use. Its a widget. Effectively demanding 6 second cool down.

Hide in plain sight is a broken ability that will be removed when I finish designing its replacement. Perception checks in NWN are rolled every 6 seconds. However, hide in plain sight can be used much more frequently. Its essentially guaranteed to make an enemy flat-footed and interrupt actions regardless of a person's spot.

Some very good questions in this thread but it defeats the purpose of the forum if every inquiry is in one spot. I will be locking it and chopping it up.
