Elven. Even if Tolkien did use "Elvish" at times, "Elvish" sounds too fuzzy, like "This is kinda-sorta elf-related stuff, maybe. Possibly. We're not sure." "Elven" sounds more formal and more certain, like "Oh, yeah. This is definitely elf stuff."

Also, my spellchecker is flagging "Elvish" and leaving "Elven" alone. Surely that means something. emoticon
