Aolyth Daily! (Avendels premier Celebrity Gossip Scroll)

((Had this idea at work [which is about all mindless manual labor is good for] anyone can feel free to post in here with short (most likely somewhat inaccurate) stories about their characters. Basically, it's a tabloid.))

Re: Aolyth Daily! (Avendels premier Celebrity Gossip Scroll)

From the Blue Moon inn, which we all know and love, came the sound of music last week. While this is far from uncommon, especially since a certain bard-in-red named Wilgold Laughshield began visiting our fair city, the song itself was a little unusual for him.

You may have heard his hit "Isania the Stacked", about Bodkins famous (And apparently well-endowed, as the song goes) constable. However, it seems Laughshield has had a bit of a change of heart, from lust to love.

One very drunken man in the bar described it as: "A fuggin'...It's...it makes me sad." He then proceeded to take a swing at me, demanded payment for the interview, and, rather uninvitedly, hugged me for an inappropriate amount of time while sobbing, before wandering off to the bar.

Despite his unsavory actions, that filthy drunk was nonetheless correct. The halflings new song, titled "Isania the Beautiful" is not quite the party-maker that his previous one was. The lyrics are of a bitter-sweet longing, and the music accompanying it carries the same tone as some of Lord Haze of Thay's more heartrending ballads. Be sure to tip nicely, if the bard is in the mood to play, as it seems he has his own desires to deal with.

Also, on a semi-related note, shortly after Wilgold retired for the night, a new bard dressed entirely in blue clothes stepped in, to lighten the mood with a new song, titled "Haze of the Kittens," a delightfully lighthearted tune about the esteemed Lords love for all things fluffy. The drunk I mentioned earlier seemed much happier by the conclusion of this song, so you have his endorsement. This blue bard refused to give his name, or comment at all, bowing out graciously as he finished playing.
