The Huntress is Dead!

At long last the malicious and bloodthirsty demoness of the forest is dead!

A band of heroes lead by the world renowned alchemist Numos Goldleaf were successful in trapping and slaying The Huntress sometime late last night in the dark and misty moonveil forest. Though they were outnumbered and out matched by the overwhelming masses of bloodhunters and a trio of unholy bloodbeasts, they overcame all odds to survive and be victorious.

During the same hour that night it has been reported that a Tuathan warband descended upon the unready turf of the Bloodhunters. With sharp knives, fire, and arrow they quickly massacred any bloodhunter who was not already in Moonveil that night. The Brokenbow forest and Halls of Eochaids remain ruined an empty now.

Fame and renown across the island has been granted to the party of adventures who braved the forest that night. Bards and poets have already begun to craft songs and ballads in honor of the event. Most of these focus on the feats, powers, cunning, wispy bangs, mysterious smile, and maiden weakening eyes of Numos Goldleaf "The wily and fair."

The warrior Morghen, native of Bodkin finds himself overwhelmed with a bevy of women all wanting feel the muscly arms that cut down the huntress. In addition his bravery and valor in the face of pure evil has attracted the notice of Lord Henry Rowley. Believing that such strength in battle reflects strong moral fiber, the lord has lifted the bounty on Morghen's head and granted him a pardon for attacking the late constable Sullivan.

Kedri the wizard finds his shop has become wildly popular among the locals as well as with people across the region who have started to make pilgrimages there. Groups of them come to the village now hoping to catch a glimpse of the now famous wizard and purchase a souvenir.

Elluir the moon priest finds increased interest from the villagers of bodkin in his goddess. Having faced The Huntress and survived, they suspect that there might be something to his "crazy outlander goddess."

The druidess Aereon has received a whole new level of awe and respect from the villagers she meets. They appear to regard her as a powerful master druid and she finds a great many more requests for her services and magic. Both Tuathan and Firbolg druids also greet her with increased acknowledgment of her position and power.

Isania is personally congratulated by Lord Rowley for her bravery and offered the position of Gameskeeper of Bodkin in addition to her duties as constable. She is also asked to offer deputy ship to the warrior Morghen.

After some thought, Isania sends an acceptance to Lord Rowley for the position of Gameskeeper and a note that she will speak to Morghen as soon as possible.
