(General Changes)
*Assassins no longer gain the Hide in Plain Sight feat on reaching 8th level. Instead they learn the Vanish ability.
*Bards no longer have the ability to cast Speak with Animals.
*Characters now begin with 10, instead of 3, Potions of Cure Wounds.
*Experience penalty for hunting monsters with significantly higher or lower challenge levels has been reduced.
*Rangers no longer gain the Hide in Plain Sight feat on reaching 13th level. Instead they learn the Camouflage ability.

(Area Changes)
*Bodkin Forest has fewer and less challenging encounters.
*Castle Asheland has been added east of Redstone Ridge courtesy of Ortlindegal.
*The Emain River has been added east of Castle Asheland courtesy of Ortlindegal.
*The Blue Moon now features a quest for new characters.
*Viona's Music Shop and Conservatory has been added to the Arboretum District courtesy of Duskspawn.

(General Changes)
*Items: Masterwork items are removed and replaced with Cold Iron, Yew, and Cured weapons and armor. Cold Iron weapons and Yew bows give +1 to attack and damage.
*Polymorph: More shapes are available.
*Rebuilds: Once per server reset characters may opt to retake their most recent character level and reassign skills and feats. DMs should not be asked to re-level characters unless specific, in-character circumstances warrant it.
*Treasure: Quality of treasure dropped by spawns is improved, though the chance for it to drop is decreased.

(Area Changes)
*Sign at the Lady's Cross is updated to reflect geographical changes.
*Transition from The Stormcrest Ascent to Stormcrest Slopes is fixed.

*20th level characters who have not yet achieved epic status will have their experience reset to 209,000 if they exceed that amount. DM's no longer need to worry about not giving them roleplaying experience.
*Experience gain after 15th level is reduced.
*Experience gain before 15th level is increased.
*Many items have been altered, changed, or removed. For example, rings that increase charisma are no longer available.
*Redundant scripts, creatures, and items deleted: the palette should be less cluttered overall, and server load-time should be better.

(Area Changes)
*[OOC Area]: Tailoring models can no longer be bumped or pushed.
*Arges' Hill: Treasure has been added courtesy of Seager.
*Eochaid's Hall: Treasure has been redesigned.
*Shadowpine Deeps: Treasure has been redesigned.
*The Twilight Reef: Experience gain has been increased.

(General Changes)
*Andrune is now using CEP 2.4
*Characters no longer need to approval to advance into epic levels. A biography should still be posted.
*Statistics of druid forms have been altered: Bear and Boar forms grant damage reduction and regeneration; Cat and Wolf forms great knockdown, sneak attack, and bonus stealth.
*New mounts, and a lot of new equipment have been added to the treasure list.
*Unique monsters in dungeons always drop one piece of equipment.
*Players will receive a warning when entering difficult dungeons.

(Area Changes)
*Asclepian Hospital: Now 16th level up from 8th level.
*Derelict Townhouse: New 6th level dungeon Added courtesy of Seager.
*Haderine Crypt: Now 14th level up from 12th level.
*The Crossroads: The Empire's quarantine has temporarily eradicated the plague, and the internment camps have been removed.
*Verdant Braes: The size of the area has been increased.

General Changes
*Craft Armor and Craft Weapon: For every 5 base ranks (not including Intelligence) in Craft Armor or Craft Weapon you may add a +1 temporary enhancement bonus to an armor piece or weapon once per day. This is intended to both make the skills mechanically useful for players who wish to roleplay an artisan, and to add a more useful skill to warriors' repertoires.
*More generic NPCs have been added for DM use.
*The resting interval has been reduced to 15 minutes.
*Thorneymoor has been added as a teleport destination

Area Changes
*Derelict Townhouse: No more than two bandits will be spawned per encounter. Bandits no longer spawn in the hallways.
*Scraggrat Warren: No more than two kobolds will be spawned per encounter, and Footpads no longer use poisoned arrows.
